Welcome to GSR's Online Retail Store.

1) NAVIGATION:
Use the Genre Nav Bar on Retail Shop pages to find titles. Artists are listed Alphabetically with New Releases highlighted on the Artist List page.

2) PRICING:
Pricing of products is based on US Currency. Please ensure you do a conversion before final checkout so that you are aware of the total amount you will be billed in your own currency. There is a Currency Converter on the Shop Page.

3) LICENSING:
GSR is based in New Zealand and therefore some titles may not be available for sale to NZ buyers due to Artists licensing commitments here. There will be a note (*Not Available in NZ), under 'Add To Cart' button, if this is the case.

4) BILLING:
Our secure billing service is provided by PayPal and we are able to accept all major Credit Cards.

5) SUPPLY:
As some of the titles we sell are limited edition we will notify you immediately if any of your choices are out of stock. You can then decide to accept an alternative title or wait for subsequent pressings (if title will become available again). If neither of these options is satisfactory GSR will refund your payment in full. Shipments are processed on Mondays and sent via AirMail. If product is in stock at time of purchase it should be 10 days maximum anywhere in the World from day of shipping until you receive.

6) RETURNS / FAULTY PRODUCT:
All care is taken when packaging your purchase. If for any reason product is damaged or faulty it can be returned for a replacement or full refund. Notification must be received by GSR of your intent to do so within 21 days of purchase. Email for notification and mailing address are on the GSR Contact page. Please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you simply change your mind after transaction has been processed.

7) NEW RELEASE NOTIFICATION:
Subscribe to receive updates of New Releases, Tour Info or Special Offers exclusive to GSR Members.

8) SELLING YOUR MUSIC WITH GSR:
Samples of product can be sent to GSR Mailing Address on Contact page or email a link to where your music can be heard online. GSR will contact you regarding our distribution policy if we feel your music is GreatShit!
